He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. and Martha; and his sister Marion Davis. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis York (Legere); his children, David W. York (Diana Hicks) of Findlay, OH, Jeffrey A. York (Gail) of Buxton and Lisa Thomas (Kevin) of Buxton; and his brother Everett York of Gorham. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
