He was predeceased by: his aunt Mildred Sweetser; and his pet Dustin Hoffman. He is survived by: his aunt Barbara Blackwell of Portland, Maine; his siblings, Nancy Doyle, Joanne Doyle Switz and Timothy Doyle of San Francisco, CA.; and his friend Patsy McDonough.
In 2014 Peter agreed to move in with the family matriarch allowing her to remain at home when the thief of Alzheimer's Disease had already settled in with her.
