He was predeceased by: his wife Merilee Emerick; his daughter Judith Yahyavi; and his brothers, Alvin Emerick and Hubert Emerick. He is survived by: his parents, Alvin Emerick and Violet Emerick; his former wives, Merilee J. Milliken and Virginia Walsh; his wife Virginia Emerick of Gorham; and his children, Lynn Maleno of Erie, Lisa Emerick of London, England Knott, Diane Knott (Ron) of Gorham, David Emerick of Lusby and David Walsh (Peggy) of Raymond. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
