He was predeceased by: his parents, Marciel Palmer and Wesley Palmer; and his brother James Palmer. He is survived by: his siblings, Patrick (Lisa), Kathryn (Len), Joseph, Paula (Carl) and Scott (Laura); and his friend Amy Faulkner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
