We are sad to announce that on June 16, 2023, at the age of 83, Martha Ellen Chellis of Gorham, Maine, born in East Boothbay, Maine passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur S. "Brink" Chapman and Florence Chapman (Estabrook); her brother Charles Chapman; and her children, Bobby Chellis and Shari Massengill.
She is survived by: her children, Terri Trujillo (John) of Turner, Mark Chellis (Donna) of Hampden and Kelly Roussel (Rich) of Gorham; her son-in-law Glen Massengill; her brother Phil Chapman (Laura); her sisters-in-law, Jean Chapman, Marcia Foss and Gloria Hunt; her grandchildren, Kimberly Ohler, Robert Trujillo, Cameron Massengill, Samuel Roussel, Simon Roussel, Rose Chellis and Lily Chellis; her great grandchildren, Mackenzie Buzzell, Mikayla Buzzell, Johnny Ohler, Joey Trujillo, Annie Trujillo, Marcus Trujillo and Holly Trujillo; and her friends, Pat and Doug Howe. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Baxter Memorial Library in Gorham or Gosnell Memorial Hospice House in Scarborough.
