He was predeceased by: his parents, John Adams Kuntz and Leola Bicknell Evans; his stepfather Howard Evans; his brother-in-law Bert Copp; and also, Clayton and Virginia Copp.
He is survived by: his brothers, John "Jack" (Cheryl) of Portland and Christopher (Donna) of New Jersey; and his siblings-in-law, Clayton Copp (Lucy), Clifton Copp (Lorna) and Diana Copp. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
