Katherine Young Benson Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katherine Young Benson (Gorham, Maine), who passed away on October 16, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edward L. Young and Lillian Young; her children, Sally Moore (Bill) of Limington, Mary Emerson of Gorham and Alton "Bud" Benson (Pam) of Gorham; her daughters-in-law, Rebekah Benson of Gorham and Karen Benson of Gorham; her son Thomas Benson (Doreen) of Gorham; her husband Alton H. Benson Jr.; and her sons, Edward Benson and Robert Benson. She was also cherished by 13 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
