He was predeceased by: his father Roger D. Kramer; his wife Teresa Libby; and his granddaughter Lauren Varney. He is survived by: his mother Nancy J. Kramer (Moffett) of Gorham; his children, Jillian Varney of Standish, Katelyn Ordway (Bruce) of Gorham and Joshua Kramer (Grace) of Gorham; his siblings, Pamela Jane Kramer of Gorham and Roger Wade Kramer (Stephanie) of Gorham; and his grandchildren, Logan, Luke Varney, Everett Ordway, Adelyn, Charlotte and Josiah Kramer. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.

“We just found out today that Jeff and Terry went home with the Lord last year. We are very sorry for your loss but we know how pleased you are that they are home with the Lord, and family & friends waiting for us as well. We so enjoyed their company when we attended Stroudwater Church. We shared memories at each other's homes, Josh and Grace's wedding, and their anniversary trip to Bar Harbor.
