We are sad to announce that on September 11, 2021, Jean M. Lyford of Gorham, Maine passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur C. Thompson and Lettie Thompson (Wilson); her husband Lawrence "Bud" Lyford Jr. A; her sister Ellen Hayes (Bill Hayes); her grandson Keith Xirinachs; and her son-in-law Michael Xirinachs.

She is survived by: her daughter Susan Xirinachs of Brewer; her grandchildren, Liana (Frank Windle) of Orrington and Ryan (Karen Lyford) of Gorham; her great grandchildren, Haylee Scovil of Orono, Natalie and Andrew Lyford of Gorham; and her niece Peggy (Mike Legasse) of Holden.

Donations in Jean's memory may be made to Brewer First United Methodist Church or to Brewer Historical Society, 199 Wilson St., Brewer, 04412.
