She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Floyd Putnam of Connecticut and Dorothy McCubrey Tenney of South Portland; her grandfather Arthur McCubrey; her husband William C Shaw Jr.; and her daughters, Gail M Shaw and Diana L Chase of Limington. She was also cherished by ten grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
