He is survived by: his sons, James Edward Quinlan, Jr. of Carlsbad, Martin W. Quinlan of Saco and Daniel Scott Quinlan of Gorham; his grandchildren, Amanda Rodriguez of Livermore Falls, Harrison Quinlan of Marana, Bryce Quinlan of Tampa and Shawn Quinlan of Tampa, Florida; and his great grandchildren, Madolyn Rodriguez of Livermore Falls and James Rodriguez of Livermore Falls. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
