He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Fielding and Gertrude Lewis (Schwartz); and his brother Daniel William Lewis (Rosalie). He is survived by: his wife Lynn Marie Lewis (Bevan); his children, Melissa Anne McDonald (Lewis), James Russell Lewis (Lisa), Katherine Small Leclerc (Michael), Michelle Small Kinney (Jeff) and Tracie Small Everett (Chad); his brother Russell Gordon Lewis (Joscelyn); and his grandchildren, Alexander, Gabriella, Hunter, Shannon McDonald, Brett Lewis, Andrea, Corey Brown, Brianna, Jared Leclerc, Nathan, Benjamin Kinney, Taylor and Brooke Everett. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
