We are sad to announce that on May 10, 2024, at the age of 96, George H. Ayers of Gorham, Maine, born in Camden, Maine passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George H. Ayers and Eva Ruth Miller Ayers. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Bridges of Gorham; his children, Pamela Damon (Duane) of Gorham, Mark Ayers (Cindy) of Scarborough and John Ayers (Kim) of Ashford; his grandchildren, Alan Damon, Kelly Caiazzo, Elizabeth Damon Mathis, Geoff Ayers, Ryan Ayers, Julianne Ayers, Jacob Ayers, Sarah Ayers and Rachel Ayers; and his great grandchildren, Will Caiazzo, Andrew Caiazzo, Eleanor Damon, Fiona Damon, George Damon, Dashiell Mathis and Hawthorne Mathis.
