He was predeceased by: his parents, Silvestre Bay and Apolonia Bay; and his sisters, Marcelina Esquerra, Natalia Bay and Letisia Bay Puras.
He is survived by: his wife Felicitas; his son Kenneth John Bay (Katie); his grandsons, Paxon and Dexter Bay; his siblings, Ricardo Bay (Erlinda) and Juliana Davalos; and his caregivers, Seija, Jacqueline and Pamela.
