He was predeceased by: his parents, William York and Martha Cousins York; and his wife Gloria. He is survived by: his children, Pamela Gould (Ernie) of Sanford, Donna Lehan (Patrick) of Standish, Theresa Libby (Daniel) of Standish, Deborah Havu (Dan) of Buxton and Steven York of Portland. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dennett, Craig & Pate Funeral Home - Buxton (13 Portland Rd, Buxton, ME 04093). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
