He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Cutter and Dorothy Cutter (Rousseau); and his friend Chris Couch. He is survived by: his wife Judy LeBel; his children, Ben (Marissa) of Standish, Drew and Megan (Anthony Savino) of Windham; his friends, Edgar Beem, Roland Quinlan and Bob Smyth; his son Andrew (Laura) of Portland; his grandchildren, Grady, Haley, Hazel and Dominic; and his brothers, Wayne of Muskegon, MI and Warren of Limerick, ME. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
