He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donald C. Smith and Ethelyn Skinner Smith; his wife Barbara Dean Merrill Smith; and his sons, Jeffery Smith and Kevin Smith. He was also cherished by 9 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.
