He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur J. Malone and Catherine E. Malone. He is survived by: his wife Judith E. Heinze; and his daughters, Dori-Lynn LIbby (Glenn) and Noelle Mercier (Michael). He is also survived by several cousins, Nieces and Nephews.
