She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Lowe and Peggy Lowe; and her brother Richard Lowe. She is survived by: her children, Stephanie (Peter Hatfield), Franklin Jr. and Gregory; her husband Frank Morehead; her brother Russell Lowe; her grandchildren, Cassandra and Steven; her great grandchildren, Jaedyn and Owen; her son Frank Morehead Jr. (Eileen); her granddaughter Colleen (John Chesebrough); her great grandchild Eleanor; her son Greg Morehead (Melissa); and her granddaughter Ainsley.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Connie's church missions fund with Grace Bible Church.
