He is survived by: his brother Eric Heath; his sons, Brian Heath and Jimmy Shaw; and his grandchildren, Bailey Heath, Jasmynne Heath, Anthony Shaw, Mariah Shaw, Jordan Shaw, Tianna Shaw and Skylah Shaw. He is also survived by uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
