He is survived by: his wife Wanda Webber (Green) of Garland; his children, Melissa Norris (Bob) of Newport, Daniel Webber (Danielle) of Topsfield, Nichole Wing (Elmer) of Garland and Billie-Joe Toso (Mark) of Lisbon, ND.; his grandchildren, Christopher, Bryce, Daniel, Kady, Eva, Emma, Elizabeth, Markie and Tyler; his great grandchildren, Audra, Adeline Leann, Andrew, Adeline Kay, Noah, Aurora and Ryatt; and his brothers, Manford Webber (Nora) of Willamantic, Glenwood Webber (Kathy) of Garland, Gardiner Webber (Gloria), Leroy Webber (Barb) of Newfoundland, Canada and William Webber (Linda). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law; brothers-in-law; and lifelong friends.
