He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Offord and Zelda Offord; his brother Charles Offord; his sister-in-law Sue Tibbetts; and his great-niece Mackenzie Dexter.

He is survived by: his brothers, Jeff Offord (Kathy) of Chesterville, ME and Brian Offord of Big Sandy, TN. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
