He is survived by: his parents, Alvin Rankin and Dorothy Rankin (Boudway); his brother Wayne Rankin (Gerrie Rankin) of Manchester; and his children, Rae-Ann Beltz, Rhonda Fisher of Daytona Beach and Ronald Douglas Rankin of Sioux City. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
