He is survived by: his wife Shelley of Pittston; his children, Robert Chadwick, Jr. of New Hampshire, Patrick Chadwick (Tanya) of Pittston and Tracy Johnson (K. C.) of Pittston; his grandchildren, Scott Chadwick, Morgan, Makayle Chadwick, Madelyn and Kole Johnson; and his siblings, Lawrence Chadwick, Jr. and Theresa Foye of Pittston.
