She is survived by: her spouse Joseph; her sons, David Essency, Dan Essency and Deb Essency; her son-in-law Fred Newcombe; her grandchildren, Kelly Johnson, Rick Fowler and Ginnette Essency; and her great grandchild Annora Johnson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
