He is survived by: his parents, Lionel "Babe" Turcotte and Theo Malcolm Turcotte; his spouse Raye; his child Joe, Jr. (Kristin); his grandchildren, Austin (Danika), GraceAnn and Jacob; his daughter Gina; his granddaughter Jenna; his great grandchild Aria; his siblings, Sherry Turcotte, Jude Torrington (Rawn), Kerry Tracy (Dennis), Bob Turcotte (Cindy) and Pam Taylor (Steve); his aunt Madolyn Upton; his stepchildren, Kathryn Sounier, Fritz Miller, Will Miller and Ricci Abbott; his stepgrandchildren, Matthew Sounier, Mitchell Sounier, Cyril Miller, Eli Miller, Shon Darling, Nicholas Abbott, Kailey Abbott Barrett, Mason Sounier and Quinn Barrett; and his children, P. O. Box, Ranson and W. V.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
