Rines, Sr. of Chelsea; her daughters, Catherine Folger (David) of Pittston, Pamela Brown (Husband James) and Victoria Cates (Christopher) of China; her grandchildren, Howard Smart, Jr., Sacha Rines, Nicholas and Ethan Cates; her great grandchildren, Alyssa and Carter Smart; her siblings, Lorraine Aldrich, Patricia Pottle, Carlene Vittetoe, Jacqueline Pierce, Louis Poulin, Jr. and Gerald Ladd; and her nephews, Harold and Mark French. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and cousins.
