He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Grazioso and Evelyn Grazioso. He is survived by: his siblings, Anthony, Pasquel, Lorenzo and Loretta Malloy; his wife Mary Ann; his children, Deano T. of Augusta, Dean A. (Staci), Kathy Grazioso-Avery (Paul) of Woolwich and Dee Ann Grazioso of Farmingdale; his grandchildren, Mike, Matthew, Jake, Diego and Kailey; and his caregivers, Donna, Shula, Kellie, Teresa and Ashley.
