He was predeceased by: his father George I. Cook, Sr.; and his siblings, Sandra Cady, Everett Truman and Dennis Truman. He is survived by: his mother Maxine P. Cook (Branch) of Randolph; his pet Antonio; his daughter Hailey Cook of Gardiner; his stepdaughter Meagan Rogers; his stepgrandson Jacob Rogers, Jr. of Windsor; and his siblings, Jenny Kipp of Randolph, Debbie McArthur of Randolph, Tanya McAfee (Wayne) of Gardiner, Bobby Truman of Pittston and Adam Cook (Heather) of Connecticut. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews.
We ask that donations be made to George's daughter, Hailey Cook, in lieu of flowers, to assist her with costs associated with funeral and burial expenses.
