She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Blake and Margaret Blake (Batson); her husband Richard S. Choate; and her granddaughter Tabitha Choate Edmondson. She is survived by: her sons, Daivd (Sandy), Roland (Sue) and Bill (Leanne); her grandchildren, Roseann, Roland Jr., Nancy, Debbie and Scotty; and her great grandchildren, Tyler, Savanna, Josh, Jordan, Melissa, Anna, Abigail, Charolette and Wyatt.
