He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Kozma; his mother Phyllis Kozma; his children, Liam Kozma (Erin Kozma), Sean Kozma and Emily Cattley (Alex Cattley); his niece Heather Frandsen; his siblings, Margaret Spier, David, Bobby, Richard, Peter, Donald, Thomas, Christopher and Stephen Kozma (Kathy Kozma); and his brother-in-law Jeffrey Egert (Donna Egert).
