It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy L. Davis of Gardiner, Maine, who passed away on July 10, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Phillip Hamlin and Ava Hamlin (Adams); her husband Galen A. Davis Jr.; her siblings, Francis Hopkins and David Hamlin; her children, Galen A. Davis III (Darlene Davis) of Gardiner and Lynda M. Grant (Davis) of West Forks; her daughter-in-law Denise Davis of Manchester; her sister-in-law Isla Hamlin of Gardiner; her grandchildren, Tarsha Davis Howard (Dexter), Jedediah Davis (Melissa Davis), Bryce Davis (Sarah Davis), Kayla Grant (Dennis), Kimberly Nadeau (Todd Nadeau), Karrie Shaw (Rick Shaw) and Neil Davis (Kristen Davis); and her great grandchildren, Brooke, Carrigan, Addison, Sophia, Shelby, Sydney, Hannah, Kailey, Olivia, Isabelle and Henry. She was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
