He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorimer H. Dixon and Mildred Dixon (Nason); his wife Joan Dixon (Goodness); and his siblings, David Dixon, Coralie Tozier, Helen Campbell, Jean Terstegan and Phyllis Jewell.
He is survived by: his children, Ann Jean (Reggie), Laurie Jacques (Bob), Cathy McKenna (Dan) of Randolph, Colleen Trussell (Harry) of Pittston, Mary Cray (John) of Chelsea, Clifford Dixon (Doris) of Pittston and Peter Dixon of Gardiner. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.
