He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis P. Knox and Hilda E. Knox (Lancaster); his son Randall L. Knox; and his brother Earl L. Knox. He is survived by: his wife Laurette G. Knox (Grondin) of Augusta; his children, Carla A. McPherson of Augusta and David W. Knox of Augusta; his siblings, Ronald Knox (Helen) of Sarasota, FL, Donna J. Ellis of Elizabeth City, NC, Leatrice Berry of Brunswick and Suzanne Shores of Benton; his grandchildren, Tony, Christopher McPherson, Keenan, Collin, Logan, Kyle and Shelby Knox; his great grandchildren, Jackson McPherson and Lincoln Knox; and his stepgreat-grandchild Lacey Lucas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
