She is survived by: her significant other Frank Minardi; her grandparents, Laura McCulloch of Eastport and Albert McCulloch of Eastport; her children, Laura Fortman (Dennis Mercer), Linda Lazowski (Alex Bigelow), Ann Kaplan (Steve) and William Lazowski; her grandchildren, Heather Fortman, Sarah Kaplan and Jonathan Kaplan; and also, Helen Galvin, Mary Ann Statuto and Patricia Collins.
