It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rachael R. Hook of Fryeburg, Maine, born in Warsaw, New York, who passed away on July 10, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph N. Huppe and Ludja Persh Huppe; and her sons, Michael (Jill) of Utah and John (Veronica) of Colorado. She was also cherished by 10 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; and several nieces.

Donations in her memory may be made to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Humanitarian Fund.
