She was predeceased by: her son Paul LaFontaine; and her sisters, Suzanne Downing and Sherri. She is survived by: her parents, James P. Downing and Ethelyn Downing (Spinney); her son Justin E. LaFontaine (Erica) of Greene; her nieces, Susan Edwards (Eric) of Sun City, CA and Annie Mullen Couture (Chris) of Topsham; her friend Leroy Buckley of Lewiston; her grandchildren, Sarah, Jacob and Anna LaFontaine; and her great-nephews, William, Chase and Donovan Edwards.
