She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lieutenant Colonel and Elizabeth King Otterson; her husband Peter Wiley; her brother Mark; her daughter Martha Wiley; her granddaughter Grace Wiley; her brother Brian Otterson (Sherri) of Norway; and her sister-in-law Sarah Otterson of South Paris. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Betsy would like donations to be made to the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute or the Animal Refuge League of Greater Portland.
