He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carmen Jurdak; his son George; his daughter-in-law Kathy Jurdak; his daughters, Carol Ezhaya and Donna Jurdak-Roy; his son-in-law Peter Roy; his grandchildren, Melissa Giguere (Jeff), Brian Jurdak (Linda), Paul Ezhaya (Jessica), Amy Ezhaya, Daniel Jurdak-Roy (Jaime), Arielle Jurdak-Roy (Jordan Carson) and Lucas Jurdak-Roy (Ashleigh Footer); his great grandchildren, Xander, Isabelle Giguere, Ava, Benjamin Jurdak, Brady and Jaxon Jurdak-Roy; his siblings, Richard Jurdak and Sandra Marcoux; his parents, Edward George Jurdak, Sr. and Anastasia Belanger Jurdak; and his siblings, Robert, Donald Jurdak, Marie Paradis, Jeannette Ross, Madeleine Plisga and Elizabeth Lancaster. He was also cherished by his children grandchildren and greatgrandchildren.
