He was predeceased by: his parents, Tracy Harriman and Regina Harriman; his former wife Pamela Harriman; and his wife Kathy Harriman. He is survived by: his daughter Jessica McIntosh (David); and his significant other Marie Johnson. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, one great grandchild.
