He was predeceased by: his wife Jeanette Ouellette (Dube); his grandson Billy Joe Davenport; his sister Evelyn Perreault; and his brothers-in-law, Delsie "Dike" Corriveau and Vinal Haynes.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Ouellette of Terryville, CT and Corinne Ouellette; his child-in-law Chase Chasse of Wallagrass; his daughter Rachel Blair of Eagle Lake; his siblings, Roderick "Whitey" Ouellette (Sue), Charlene Corriveau, Jacqueline Haynes, Martine Bard (Roger), Rena Guimond (Joel), Joan Voisine (Tony), Joyce Labbe, Eugene Ouellette and Ronald "John" Ouellette (Jean); and his grandsons, Jake, Kyle and Jesse. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
