He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Marquis and Carmen Marquis (Cyr); his children, Ann and David; his brother Patrick; and his brothers-in-law, Roger Paradis, Richard Michaud and John Kindsfather.
He is survived by: his wife Rachel; his children, Carl, Paula Marquis of Massachusetts, Peter, Moira Marquis of Eagle Lake, Monique and Wesley Grant of Houlton; his grandchildren, Akami, Elysha, Chelsey, Paige, Alec, Kole, Liam, Lucas, Morgan and Madison; his siblings, Claudette Paradis of Fort Kent, Roger Marquis (Marion) of Florida, Jacqueline (John Kiely) of California, Jim Marquis (Linda) of Fort Kent, Louise (Roger Pelletier) of Dedham and Carol (Krayton Allen) of Hermon; and his parents-in-law, Allan, Patricia Dow of Fort Kent, Joel, Rena Michaud of Winthrop, Jean Paul Michaud and Jerry Wentland of Brooklyn. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and good friends.
