He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred "Fred" and Rose Ouellette (Roy); his son David; and his siblings, Roger, Rena and Claire.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Ouellette (Martin); his children, Susan Linehan (Paul) of Sharon, MA and Steven (Sandy) of Eagle Lake, ME.; his siblings, Leopold "Paul" Ouellette of Lake Wales, FL and Jacqueline "Jackie" Madore of Southington, CT; his grandchildren, David, Matthew, Patrick, Curtis and Christina; his great grandchildren, Isaiah, Kyleigh, Elijah, Emersyn and Hadley; his father-in-law Antonio "Tony" Martin; his son Steve; his close friends, Roger and Carole Martin; and his friends, John Daigle, Jim Daigle, Jim Roy and Rudy Pelletier. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
