It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Renaud J. Pelletier in Fort Kent, Maine, who passed away on February 21, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo K. Pelletier and Pauline Pelletier (Pelletier); and his brother Leo "June" Pelletier. He is survived by: his children, Gloria Pelletier of Fort Kent, Sharon Ouellette of Fort Fairfield, Peter Pelletier of Belgrade, Robert Pelletier of North Berwick, Thomas Pelletier of Winston-Salem, NC, Debra Jett of Mesa, AZ, Ray Pelletier of Madawaska, Jay Pelletier of Augusta, Dennis Pelletier of Madawaska and Jennifer Bannen of Fort Kent; and his siblings, Reina Michaud of Rye, NH, Joan Ramo of Caribou, Louise Platt of Fort Kent and Jim Pelletier of Fort Kent. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 34 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lajoie-Daigle Funeral Home (14 E Main St, Fort Kent, ME 04743). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Louis Church (26 E Main St, Fort Kent, ME 04743).
