He was predeceased by: his parents, Adrien Marquis and Jeanne Marquis (Dufour); his parents-in-law, Elton and Carolyn Hall; and his son Michael Marquis.
He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Marquis; his sons, Mark Marquis (Kelly) of Presque Isle, Jesse Marquis of Warren, Andrew Marquis (Tab) of Presque Isle, Benjamin Marquis (Samm) of Gorham and Charlie Marquis of Gouldsboro; his siblings, Alphie Marquis (Michelle) of Connecticut, Jeanne Banville of Connecticut, Lucille Toussaint of Caribou and Rita Desjardins (Peter) of Brunswick; his brother-in-law Lou Lewis of Connecticut; his grandsons, Adrien, Liam and Brady; his stepgrandchildren, Hailey and Sam; his sister Theresa Lewis; and his brother-in-law Bernard Banville.
