He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mona; his daughters, Kim Reeves, Cheryl Theriault and Terry Wise; his sister-in-law Connie Jackson; his grandchildren, Corey Kelly, Toni Aston and Mike Reeves; his great grandchildren, Emma Kelly, Kaden Kelly and Charlie Aston; his nieces and nephews, Billie-Jo Lovley and Jessie Jackson; his great-niece Avery Lovley; his nephew Jackson Lovley; his siblings, Douglas Kelly, Helen McBreairty, Carolyn Gardner, Beulah Gardner, Kathy Jackson and Sharon Cusack; his parents, Guy Kelly and Theresa Kelly; and his siblings, Barbara McBreairty and Edward Kelly.
