It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George A. Pelletier (Fort Kent, Maine), born in Wallagrass, Maine, who passed away on March 3, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Omer Pelletier and Marie Louise (Cyr); his stepfather Leo; his wife Lois "Evelyn" Pelletier (Gates); his children, Sherry Pelletier and Catherine Pelletier; and his siblings, Joanne Dionne, Frederick Pelletier, Geraldine Pelletier and Pauline Morneault.
He is survived by: his significant other Estelle; his children, David Pelletier (Tina) of Virginia, Christine Hubert (William Jr.) of Florida, Lisa Lavertue of Connecticut and Susan Pelletier of Connecticut; and his sister Maxine Labbe of Eagle Lake. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
