He was predeceased by: his parents, George Roy and Leona Roy (Daigle); his sisters, Juliet Gagnon, Jeannette Cannan, Augustine Ford, Claire Bouchard, Bernice Cyr and Sylvia Ouellet (Vi); and his son-in-law Timothy McCue.
He is survived by: his sister Valerie Ann Smith (James).
