He was predeceased by: his parents, Hampy Theriault and Ernestine Theriault (Bouchard); and his siblings, Raymond Theriault, James Theriault, Armand Bourgoin, Geraldine Castonguay and Geneva Pelletier.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Theriault (Jandreau) of Fort Kent; his children, Ruby Blanchette (Steve) of New Canada, Barbara Pelletier (Bruce) of St. John Plt, LuAnn Ouellette (Kevin) of Fort Kent and Clarence "Boonie" Theriault (Nicole) of Fort Kent; his great grandchildren, Lena and Liam; and his siblings, Phyliss Ouellette (Carroll) of Winslow, Sandra Carter (Kim) of Winslow, Gerard Theriault (Charlene) of St. Agatha, Richard Theriault (Betty) of Fort Kent, Herman Theriault (Clair) of Fort Kent and Lester Theriault of Presque Isle. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
