He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Blier and Mabel Blier (Bourgoin); his sons, Bruce Blier and Joel Blier; and his siblings, Rene Blier, Eddie Blier, Sadie Boucher, Mamie Ouellette and Emile Blier A Mass of Christian Burial.
He is survived by: his wife Phelda Blier (Plourde) of Fort Kent; his sons, Allen Blier (Arlene) of Fort Kent, Michael Blier of Grapevine, TX and Gary Blier (Sandra) of Blaine, WA; his grandchildren, Shelly Deprey of Fort Kent, Kayla Cross, Elizabeth Blier, Cody Blier, Nathan Blier and Jerod Blier; his great grandchildren, Sawyer Deprey, Colton Stewart, Maia Stewart and Paxton Blier; and his siblings, Gertrude Boucher of Madawaska, Alberta Boucher and Garland Blier of Fort Kent. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
